The Charlotte-Mecklenburg
Workforce Development Board is currently accepting proposals
for the operation of the WIA Title I Youth Programs in Mecklenburg
County.
The enclosed Request
for Proposal (RFP) package contains the application instructions,
specifications describing the services sought, budgeting requirements
and format, criteria for proposal review, as well as other
information useful in preparing a proposal.
While every effort
has been made to include all necessary information, specifications
and examples, the possible need for clarification, interpretation,
and other detail is recognized.
We are requesting
that bidders submit a letter of intent (non-binding) indicating
their interest in bidding by April 28, 2008.
For your convenience, we have enclosed a suggested format
for the letter of intent.
ONE (1) ORIGINAL
(clearly marked) AND FOUR (4) copies of the proposal and attachments,
in three-ring binders, must be received by 4:00 PM
EST on May 14, 2008 at:

RECEIVED AFTER THE DUE DATE AND TIME, REGARDLESS OF POSTMARK

COPIES AND CLEARLY MARKED WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR SELECTION.
