Funding for eligible companies to train existing workers
The North Carolina Incumbent Workforce Development Program ensures that today's workers can meet tomorrow's challenges.
This Program is a competitive grant opportunity that provides funding to businesses for implementation of a layoff aversion strategy through training of its incumbent workers. The training results in skill attainment for employees.
